At school i was having a pretty rough day. I mean i basically I-ed my English test. Not B-ed, not A-ed, I-ed i think. As in a,b,c,d,e,f,g,h,i. That i. But its not for sure, i didn't see my total, i suspect that's a good thing. And science, don't even get me started on science. I mean i love b-s, i really do. B-s are my friend. But 85.2%, not so much. I mean that's not cute, 0.3% away from an A, not cute honey, not cute. I'd rather get something far away from an A, and it was our final mark. And the teacher was so inconsiderate of me, i mean considering the emotional state i was in, she could have used a nicer tone when i asked if there was anything i could to do get that 0.3 %. Geez, i mean, srsly, i probably studied harder than anyone. I mean i actually studied when no one did. I think she should have let the student do a self-evaluation. Ah, i love the wanting to succeed side of me.
So after a day at school i finally checked out Rodartes spring 09. After the hype of its fall 08 collection, i just had to see if they would keep up it's stellerness. I gotta give it up to them, it indeed was pretty stellar, but it could never live up to it's previous show. I favored the whimsy in their last collection better because the softness in the S09 show was overshadowed by the hard core edgy accesories. A very avant-garde move to blend contradicting styles, but i didn't feel it had the spark the F08 had. Overall, all i can say is the F08 louboutins are so killer, even though beyonce totally dressed them in such a fugly fashion, we still love em.
AND OMG, i was SO glad to see chloe's s09. I gotta say, chloe can do no wrong. Absolutely nothing. I may be a bit bias because chloe is just so my style, but honestly all i could think when i saw it was feroshness. Amazing color pallet, amazing cut, amazing innovation. With this, i probably can get on board with the shoulder pads again. It just works. The bows here and there helped a lot too. =)
